Here at MN CrossFit there are 2 class programs to choose from

  1. WOD (workout of the day)

    These sessions follow CrossFit methodology which combines weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio endurance to achieve broad and varied fitness. All components in the WOD are scaled to the individual and it is sure to be a challenge for all athletes! Due to the weightlifting and movements in this program we ask that all new members complete our foundations program prior to joining in on daily classes. Sessions run for 60 mins

  2. HIIT

    These sessions are all about getting your sweat on! Higher paced workouts with less weights, the focus here is about cardio endurance and intensity. Again, all movements can be scaled to the individual and there is no need to complete a prior class before coming to HIIT. Sessions run for 45 mins

FOUNDATIONS

As explained above, foundations is a requirement before being able to join in on WOD sessions. The foundations course is run over 2 sessions and focuses on teaching the 9 foundation movements in CrossFit. These sessions will be approximately 45-60mins in length and will also include some of the other regular skills used in workouts. After joining the Zen Planner app please select the foundations membership option and we will assist you to book in for these sessions.

You will not be able to book into WOD sessions without completing foundations!
